Huawei Honor Pad 2 offers a 8-inch IPS capacitive touch screen, the display comes with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and pixel density at 283 ppi which helps to give users crystal clear display.
Out of the box, the tablet runs on Android mashmallow 6.0 with EMUI 4.1 UI to give it a unique look.
Huawei Honor Pad 2 is equipped with Qualcomm MSM8939 Snapdragon 615 ,octa-core Cortex A-53 processor with speed of 4 x 1.5GHz and 4 x 1.2GHz. The CPU is supported by a 3GB RAM to enhance smooth performance.
The tablet is available in two variants with 16GB and 32GB on-board storage respectively ,both version are expandable up to 256GB with micro SD card.

This might looks as a draw back of the device as it comes with a 8-megapixel front facing camera with LED flash and secondary camera with 2-megapixel, for a device launched in 2016 ,the camera should have been better, however the front camera comes with features like Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR, panorama and capable of recording 1080p video at 30fps.
The tab packs a nano-sim option, 4800mAh non-removable battery for more run time and 4G LTE for fast download speed.
Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, hotspot and Bluetooth 4.1

Huawei Honor Pad 2 is not yet available in Nigeria, price of the device is expected range between 75,000 to 100,000 depending on the variants and location.
In Kenya price is expected to range between Ksh 23,000 to Ksh 33,000 depending on variants.
