Asus has introduced another smartphone tag Asus live, the mid-range device packs with mid-level specification that out perform device in same category.
Design and OS
Asus live is build with plastic chassis,the curvy edges make it comfortable for a good hand grip,the device is measured at 144.5 x 71 x 9.98 and weighs 140g.
The handset cram a 5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and pixel density of 294 ppi.
Asus live out of the box boot on Android 5.1 lollipop, for a device release in 2016 one would have expected a marshmallow, hopefully there will be an update to upgrade to the Android 6.0 operating system.
Hard ware and memory
The device is equipped with a quad-core MediaTek MT6580 SoC processor with speed clock at 1.3GHz. The CPU is supported by a 2GB RAM and graphic handled by Mali-400MP2 GPU for smooth performance.

In other to save your files, the Asus comes with an in-built storage capacity of 16GB and should in case you run out of space, there is an external SD card slot of up to 64GB to further store your files.
Camera
Asus live comes with 8-megapixel rear shooter with LED flash and auto focus ,the front camera sport a 2-megapixel with f/2.4 wide aperture for selfie and video calling.
Other features
The smartphone support dual SIM ,Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, hotspot and Bluetooth 4.0.
It also comes with built-in digital TV receiver and relies on a removable Li-po 2070mAh battery for backup.
Price and avainability
Asus live is not yet available in Nigeria, price of the device is expected to range between 30,000 to 35,000 depend on location.
